Lume Flow (“Lume Flow”, “we”, “us”) is a focus‑music and
Pomodoro‑timer app that lets you play video and audio content from YouTube in a distraction‑free player.
This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
The short version. Lume Flow has no user accounts and runs no servers of its own. Your library —
favourites, watch history, and focus sessions — is stored only on your device. The main
data leaving your device comes from third parties we rely on (Google AdMob for ads, YouTube for playback,
and Apple for purchases), each under its own privacy policy.
Information stored on your device
To make the app work, Lume Flow saves the following locally on your device only. It is never uploaded to us:
Videos you mark as favourites
Your watch history (kept to the most recent items and prunable by you)
Your focus sessions and timer settings
App preferences (e.g. selected clock style)
You can remove this data at any time from within the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
Information handled by third parties
Lume Flow integrates the following third‑party services. Their data practices are governed by their own
policies, not ours:
Google AdMob — shows advertisements in the app. AdMob may collect a device
advertising identifier, general device and usage information, and coarse location to serve and measure
ads. See the Google Privacy Policy.
YouTube / Google — video playback loads content directly from YouTube inside the app.
Google may collect data about the content you view as described in the
Google Privacy Policy.
Lume Flow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.
Apple — in‑app purchases (Lume Flow Pro) are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do
not receive or store your payment details. See

App Tracking Transparency
On first launch, Lume Flow asks for permission to track (Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt). If you
decline, advertising still works but ads are non‑personalised. You can change this choice at any time in
iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Analytics
Lume Flow does not run its own analytics or tracking servers. We do not build a personal profile of you.
Data retention
Your on‑device library remains until you clear it or delete the app. Watch history is automatically
limited to the most recent entries.
Children
Lume Flow is rated 16+ and is not directed to children under 13. Because content is streamed from YouTube, it
may include material that is not appropriate for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information
from children.
Your choices
Manage or reset the advertising identifier and tracking in iOS Settings.
Clear your favourites, history, and sessions inside the app.
Delete the app to remove all locally stored data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new
“Last updated” date.
