These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lume Flow app. By downloading or using Lume Flow, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use Lume Flow for your own personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which also applies to your use of the app.
Lume Flow is a player interface for content hosted on YouTube. All videos, audio, artwork, and related material are the property of their respective owners and are provided by YouTube, not by Lume Flow. Your use of YouTube content through Lume Flow is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Lume Flow is an independent app and is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Google LLC, or any content creator.
Lume Flow offers optional in‑app purchases (Lume Flow Pro) that unlock additional features. Purchases are processed and managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms.
Lume Flow displays advertisements provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of, or any products or services offered in, third‑party advertisements.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it in violation of any applicable law or third‑party terms (including the YouTube Terms of Service).
Lume Flow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that third‑party content will always be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lume Flow and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
